Description
Carving on acrylic on plywood base. May 2022.
I create paintings in the technique of carving on acrylic. I coat the wood panel with layers of acrylic paint and then carve the picture. For a certain color I have to cut to its depth.
This dragon was created by layering 56 layers of acrylic paint (2 tones). Carved by using linoleum knives.
The paintings are covered with glossy varnish.
The painting does not have a frame for hanging on the wall. You must glue it into your own frame.
