Carving on acrylic on plywood base. October 2024.
I create paintings in the technique of carving on acrylic. I coat the wood panel with layers of acrylic paint and then carve the picture.
This artwork was created by layering 50 layers of acrylic paint (3 colors). Carved by using linoleum knives. This painting looks different up close and from afar. It's more interesting to look at from afar. Front side diameter is 40.4 cm (15.9 in), 2.5 cm (1 in) frame. Weight 1.19 kg.
Can be hung in any position.
